This weekend I had 14 student at the federation to learn more about coaching practice. During the stay they were coaching motocross athletes, having cardiovascular training and testing strength. The visit from north brought us some raindeer to eat all together in the evening. The food was an success and all seems verry happy. This was the final course this year.
